Step 3 Complete and return the Franchise Application
Step 4 Review the Doctor Headlight Prospectus (FDD)
Step 5 Complete and return your business plan
Step 6 Your application is reviewed
Step 7 If approved, you are invited to sign the Doctor Headlight Franchise Agreement
